Where We Ship

At Formosa Doll, we ship discreetly and safely to most destinations worldwide. But sex doll laws vary by country. In some regions, specific restrictions apply based on appearance, height, or content. Below is what you need to know before placing an order.

We do not ship to countries where the sale or possession of sex dolls is strictly prohibited*.

⚠️ Important Notes: Laws may change without notice, and enforcement levels vary. Even in countries with no explicit ban, customs authorities may confiscate dolls or require clarification if the product is suspected of violating local decency laws. 

For customers in high-risk countries, we strongly advise against placing an order, as Formosa Doll cannot override local regulations or guarantee delivery where sex dolls are banned.

Countries Where Sex Dolls Are Legal

Sex dolls are legal to import and own in most countries, including the USA, UK, EU, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

⚠️ Formosa Doll is committed to offering only products that depict mature bodies and are expressly created for adult pleasure. However, some countries might apply stricter checks on dolls under 145 cm, to ensure they clearly represent adult characteristics. This applies in places like the UK, Germany, France, Canada, and Australia.

 Always check your local import rules before placing an order.

→ To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend choosing sex dolls with  a height of at least 145cm, which aligns with international best practices and helps avoid any unnecessary delays at customs.

Shipping Process

Dolls listed as in stock are ready to ship and typically leave our US or EU warehouse within 2–5 business days.

In some cases, we may ship from a different location to speed up delivery if local stock is unavailable. If we anticipate any delay beyond 6 business days, you’ll be notified directly.

Please note: heads and bodies may ship separately, and you may receive two tracking numbers. This is normal and allows for smoother logistics and customisation.

All other dolls are made to order, meaning we start production only after you've confirmed your custom choices and we’ve received your payment.

1. Production begins – estimated time: 7 to 20 working days
2. Factory sends final photos for your approval
3. You approve the doll (or request minor tweaks)
4. We ship via express courier (FedEx, DHL or UPS)
5. You receive tracking and delivery updates

Production & Delivery Times

*Some exceptions to delivery timeframes may occur during busy seasons and national holidays (such as Chinese New Year, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Labor Day) or unforeseen events (such as global conflicts or logistics disruptions). We'll always keep you informed.

Customs & Import Taxes

All prices shown on our website include customs clearance, VAT, and import duties for US and EU customers. There will be no additional charges on delivery.

Your order is handled through express couriers who work with us to streamline cross-border clearance and avoid delays.

UK & CAN

We’re currently unable to deliver in-stock dolls, as our warehouses are located in Europe and the USA.

UK and Canadian customers can still order any made-to-order doll. These are shipped directly from our workshops in China, with import duties already included in the price.

Please note: parcels may occasionally be reviewed by UK or Canadian customs. If that happens, UK customers may be charged VAT (20%), while Canadian customers may see GST, HST, duties, or clearance fees, depending on the province. Just keep an eye on your inbox for any updates to ensure smooth delivery.

Pre-Shipment Photo Approval

Before we ship, we’ll send you real photos of your finished doll. You’ll have the chance to:

• Approve the look and finish
• Request small adjustments (where possible)

This helps avoid surprises and ensures you're happy with your order before it ships. Learn more in our Shopping Process or contact us with any questions.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your doll leaves the factory, you’ll receive:

• A tracking number
• Courier name and link
• Delivery estimate

We only use reliable express couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) for fast, discreet and insured delivery.

Dolls are packaged in plain, unbranded boxes with no labels referring to their content. Questions about delivery options? Contact us.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If you miss the delivery attempt:

• The courier will usually retry once or twice
• You may be able to collect from a nearby depot

Please make sure to track your shipment regularly. If a parcel is returned due to refusal or unclaimed customs fees, re-shipping costs will apply and no refund will be issued.

What to Do on Delivery

We strongly recommend you take:

• Clear photos of the external packaging and label
• Photos/videos of the inside packaging and doll

*Countries That Ban Sex Dolls Entirely - These regulations vary by region and may be subject to change. Countries currently known to enforce such bans include, but are not limited to:
