- Made-to-order items:
orders placed between 25 January and 28 February 2026 are securely confirmed and queued.
Production resumes in priority order from 1 March.

- Ready-to-ship, in-stock dolls stored in our EU and US warehouses are not affected.
Dispatch times, courier transit, and delivery estimates remain unchanged.

What’s the Difference? In Stock vs Made-to-Order

We offer two types of dolls,  both with discreet delivery and full customer support, but the journey to your door differs slightly. Here's a side-by-side breakdown and below you'll find a detailed breakdown:

In-Stock Dolls Unavailable for Non-US & Non-EU Countries 

We’re currently unable to deliver in-stock dolls to countries outside the EU and the USA, including the UK, Canada, Norway and Switzerland. This is because ready-to-ship models are stored exclusively in our EU and US warehouses.

Customers in non-US and non-EU countries can still order any made-to-order doll.
These are shipped directly from our partner workshops in China.

Please note that shipments to non-US and non-EU destinations may be reviewed by local customs. Depending on the country, local VAT, GST, duties or clearance fees may be requested by authorities before delivery. You’ll be notified directly by the courier or customs office if any action is required.

    Your In-Stock Doll

    When a doll is marked as  in stock, it’s usually ready to leave our European or USA warehouses within 2 to 3 business days.
    Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.

    We offer global shipping with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

    1. Choose Your Doll

    Take your time and choose the doll that feels right for you.
    If you’re unsure where to start, our Beginner's Guide offers clear, practical guidance.

    2. Checkout

    Proceed to checkout and select the payment method that suits you best.  All transactions are private, secure and fully encrypted.

    3. Order Confirmation

    You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email after checkout.
    Before processing, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery address and the selected configuration.

    Note on in-stock dolls
    In-stock dolls are already sealed and securely stored in our UK or EU warehouse. For this reason, we do not open individual units to take factory photos, as this would compromise packaging integrity.
    If you wish to review factory images, we can share reference photos of identical models with the same configuration on request.

    4. Shipping

    Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days.

    • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days from dispatch

    • Packaging is fully discreet

    • All fees are included, with no additional costs on delivery for EU and US orders

    To reduce delivery times, orders may occasionally ship from an alternative warehouse if local stock is unavailable. If a delay longer than 10 business days is expected, we’ll notify you promptly.

    Please note that the head and body may ship in separate boxes for logistical or customisation reasons. If so, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

    5. Delivery & Inspection

    When your doll arrives, we recommend taking clear photos and a short video of the outer packaging before opening, especially if there are visible signs of damage.

    During unboxing, a brief video helps us review and resolve any issue faster if support is needed.

    If something isn’t right, contact us. Depending on the situation, we’ll guide you through a fix, provide a replacement, or arrange a refund.

    6. After Delivery

    Once everything is complete, we welcome your feedback.
    Honest reviews help future customers and allow us to improve our service.

    Important notes on in-stock orders

    • In-stock dolls are reserved for you immediately after purchase and removed from availability

    • Changes or cancellation within 8 hours: a 10% processing fee applies.

    • After this window, the order may already be with the courier and cancellation cannot be guaranteed

    We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before checkout. If you need to update delivery information, contact us as soon as possible.


    Your Made-to-Order Doll 

     

    Here’s how your made-to-order Doll is crafted, checked, and delivered with care, step by step. Nothing rushed, nothing left to chance.

    1. Choose Your Configuration

    Select a design you like or customise key details to match your preferences. This is where your order takes shape.

    2. Checkout

    Complete checkout using your preferred payment method. All payments are private, secure, and fully encrypted . Instalment options are available.

    3. Order Confirmation

    You’ll receive an automatic order confirmation email.
    Before production starts, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery address and selected configuration.

    Changes or cancellation within 24 hours: a 10% processing fee applies.
    After 24 hours: the order can’t be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be issued.

    If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.

    4. Crafting

    Once your doll enters production, changes are only possible if we receive your request before production begins. Each doll is handcrafted to order.

    Typical production time: 5–20 working days*, depending on model and materials.
    For an up-to-date estimate, contact us before ordering.

    5. Preview

    Before shipping, you’ll receive high-resolution photos of your finished doll. You may also request a short video.
    You have 3 days to approve or request adjustments. If no response is received, we proceed with shipping.

    6. Shipping

    Once approved, your doll is carefully packed and dispatched.

    • Tracking provided within 3–5 days
    • Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days** with express shipping
    • Import duties and taxes are included for US and EU customers.

    Head and body may ship in separate boxes. Separate tracking numbers will be provided if applicable. If you’d like to confirm stock availability before purchase, feel free to contact us.

    7. Delivery & Inspection

    Your doll arrives in discreet packaging with no external branding.
    Before opening, we recommend taking photos and a short video of the outer box, especially if it shows any signs of damage.

    *For highly requested or newly released dolls, production may take anywhere from 5 days to over 3 weeks. During busy periods and and national holidays (such as Chinese New Year, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Labor Day) or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters or global disruptions, timelines may be extended. If that happens, we’ll get in touch to find the best solution together.
