Inside Jiusheng Factory: Silicone Realism Meets Hybrid Innovation
What defines Jiusheng Sex Dolls is not just the lifelike beauty of their products, but the craftsmanship behind each stage of production.
During our Jiusheng Factory Visit in Zhongshan, we were welcomed by founder and sculptor Oscar Jin, alongside Emma and Iris from the sales team.
From the moment we stepped into the bright, spacious factory, it was clear that Jiusheng blends artistry with technical precision.

Why We Visited Jiusheng
At Formosa Doll, we only list brands we’ve inspected in person. Jiusheng has earned a reputation for detailed silicone heads, hybrid builds, and exceptional realism, so we wanted to see the process with our own eyes.
Our visit confirmed the blend of artistry and engineering that sets Jiusheng apart. The workshop walls, hand-painted by the team with natural landscapes, are living proof of their talent, true artists who surround their daily work with beauty as well as craft.

Clay moulds for Jiusheng sex dolls, including hands, feet and head sculpts. Every silicone face begins as an artist’s model before moving into full production.
From Sculpt to Showroom: First Impressions
We began in the design area, where clay models are shaped by hand before being cast into silicone moulds. Oscar himself, an artist by training, leads the sculpting of faces, which explains why Jiusheng’s heads never look generic or mass-produced.
What stood out immediately was the clean, organised workshop: spacious, uncluttered, and bright, with every team member focused on their craft.

Inside the Jiusheng Workshop
On the production floor, we followed the entire process:
- Silicone and TPE mixing for body and head materials
- Skeleton assembly with stainless steel EVO frames
- Gel implants added for breasts and buttocks
- Body painting and hand-painted facial make-up
- ROS function in soft silicone for realism
- Articulated fingers and toes, tested for their fluid, natural motion

What Impressed Us Most
- Artistry in faces: Oscar’s sculpting gives each doll unique physiognomy, with make-up that looks natural and resists fading.
- Movement: Jiusheng’s articulated fingers and toes are among the most realistic we’ve tested, moving with smooth precision.
- Hair & finish: Implanted hair was soft, secure, and expertly applied; facial detailing was exceptional.
- Hybrid balance: Silicone heads paired with TPE or hybrid bodies offered the right mix of durability and softness.
- Factory standards: Clean, tidy, professional — everything in place, nothing rushed.

Any Drawbacks?
Jiusheng produces fewer models than some larger brands. But this smaller scale allows for higher quality and true differentiation: no two faces look alike, and each doll feels crafted rather than mass-made.
Why Formosa Partners with Jiusheng
We left convinced that Jiusheng stands at the top of realistic Asian-style dolls and continues to push hybrid engineering further. They also operate the MLW Dolls brand, bringing the same craftsmanship to petite, anime-inspired models, another area where Jiusheng leads.
