In-stock dolls are already sealed in protective packaging and securely stored in our EU or US warehouses. To keep your doll untouched and its packaging intact, we do not open individual units to take additional photos.

Cancelling an In-Stock Order

Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible and within 8 hours of placing your order. Cancellation or changes may be possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. If approved, a 10% processing fee will apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, even if fewer than 8 hours have passed since purchase. After 8 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may already be prepared for dispatch.

Please note that tracking information is generated 24–36 hours after dispatch. Your order may therefore already be on its way even if you have not yet received a tracking number.
