Our Factory Visit to Climax Doll: Ultra-Realistic Craftsmanship & Proven Quality
We recently travelled to Zhongshan, China to meet Johnny and Arvin at Climax Doll.
Unlike large-scale factories, Climax (CLM) runs a lean, meticulously organised workshop focused on ultra-realistic finishes, advanced engineering, ongoing research and continuous innovation.
We went step by step through their entire process, and here’s what we discovered.
Production Process: Hands-On Quality at Every Step
Climax doesn’t just produce volume. They prioritise detail, from how TPE is poured to how each strand of implanted hair is checked. Here’s a look inside:
1. Mold Prep & Material Pouring
Each doll begins with an EVO skeleton carefully fitted into a sealed mould.
Internal textures: dedicated vaginal and anal inserts are placed inside to create lifelike cavities with subtle ridges and depth variations. Once set, TPE is poured (or silicone injected) around it.
2. Trimming & Cleaning
When the material cures, the mould opens to reveal the raw figure. Skilled staff trim excess edges and clean every contour by hand to keep the surface flawless.
3. Body Painting & Make-Up
Airbrush artists and hand painters add veins, soft skin shading, areolas and a touch of natural blushing. Make-up specialists then perfect each face to match the chosen style.
At this stage, technicians also implant individual eyebrows and strands of hair, creating a subtle, lifelike hairline that blends seamlessly with high-density wigs. That's how they obtain those unbelievable detailed and realistic faces and bodies.
4. Final QA & Pre-Shipment
Before packing, Climax performs rigorous checks on joints, internal textures, painted areas and overall symmetry.
What Impressed Us Most
What struck us most during our visit was the genuine pride and energy we saw in Johnny, the managing director, and Arvin, their sales manager. As they guided us through each area, from spotless moulding to the body painting area, it was clear this is a team driven by dedication, sharp organisation and a constant push to innovate. Watching how closely they oversee each detail, test new ideas, and hearing how they keep refining even the smallest elements gave us complete confidence in what we’d see next.

We tested their frameworks on-site: smooth shoulder shrugs, spine bends and zero stiffness. Combined with Climax’s ultra-realistic skin textures and body detailing in both silicone and TPE, this delivers an unmatched level of realism you can see and feel.
Advanced Articulated Fingers 2.0 & 3.0
Most Climax full-size and ULTRA series dolls now feature the new Articulated Fingers 3.0 system: a lighter, more durable stainless steel framework that mimics natural hand motion with left/right differentiation.
