In-stock dolls are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

They are currently available for delivery within the EU and the USA only, as our ready-to-ship models are stored in regional EU and US warehouses.

If you live in the UK, Canada, Norway, Switzerland or another country outside these regions, you can order any made-to-order doll. It will be produced and shipped directly from our partner workshop in China.

In-stock dolls are already sealed in protective packaging and securely stored in our EU or US warehouses. To keep your doll untouched and its packaging intact, we do not open individual units to take additional photos.

If you would like to see the model before ordering, contact us and we can share reference factory images of the same model and configuration. Please note that these will not be photos of the exact unit you receive.

Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible and within 8 hours of placing your order. Cancellation or changes may be possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. If approved, a 10% processing fee will apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, even if fewer than 8 hours have passed since purchase. After 8 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may already be prepared for dispatch.

Please note that tracking information is generated 24–36 hours after dispatch. Your order may therefore already be on its way even if you have not yet received a tracking number.
