What’s the Difference? In Stock vs Made-to-Order
We offer two types of dolls — both with discreet delivery and full customer support — but the journey to your door differs slightly. Here's a side-by-side breakdown and below you'll find a detailed breakdown:

Note for UK Orders – What’s Included
We currently do not ship in-stock dolls to the UK, as our warehouses are located within the EU.
Made-to-order dolls are available for UK and international customers. These dolls are shipped directly from our workshops in China.
All UK taxes and import duties are already included in the price you see at checkout.
No extra charges will be requested upon delivery.
Your In Stock Doll
When a doll is marked as in stock, it’s usually ready to leave our European warehouses within 2 to 5 business days. We ship globally with transparent pricing — and no hidden fees.

2. Checkout
Once you're happy with your selection, head to checkout and choose the payment method that suits you best. Pay in full or in instalments – every transaction is private, secure and fully encrypted.
3. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details – don’t forget to check your spam folder. Please double-check all details and shipping information.
Note: We don’t offer factory photos for in-stock dolls, as they’re already sealed and safely stored in our UK or EU warehouse. Unpacking them just for photography risks damaging the packaging – and your doll deserves a pristine arrival.
If you'd like to see real images, feel free to ask us for photos of dolls with the same configuration once your order is placed.
4. Shipping
Within 1–2 days, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow her journey in real time. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch – and yes, it’s fully discreet.
Fees are always included, with no surprise costs upon delivery for EU.
5. Delivery & Check
Once your doll is home, we recommend taking clear photos and a short video of the outer packaging before opening – especially if the box shows any signs of damage. During unboxing, a quick video helps us speed up support if anything needs to be reviewed or replaced.
We’ve also prepared a step-by-step Unboxing & Setup Guide to walk you through inspection and assembly with confidence.If something seems off, don’t worry – we’re here to help. Depending on the issue, we may guide you through a fix, send a replacement, or arrange a refund.

Your Made-to-Order Doll
Here’s how your made-to-order Doll is created, checked, and delivered with care, step by step. Nothing rushed, nothing left to chance.
1. Feel Inspired & Choose
Picture what excites you. Whether it’s a certain look, a feel, or a fantasy, this is where it all begins. Choose a Doll that speaks to your desires – or customise every detail to make her truly yours.
2. Checkout
Once you're happy with your selection, head to checkout and choose the payment method that suits you best. Pay in full or in instalments – every transaction is private, secure and fully encrypted.
3. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details – don’t forget to check your spam folder. You can request modifications within 24 hours of placing your order, free of charge and within the available options. And you can also cancel your order without any fees during this 24-hour window.
After that:

- Between 24 and 48 hours → You can still cancel, but a 10% cancellation fee will apply — we’ll refund 90% of your payment.

After 48 hours → The full amount is non-refundable
While we’re not obliged to offer refunds beyond this point, we’ll still do our best to assess your request based on how far along production is.
If you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to support you, depending on the current stage of the production process.
Each request is reviewed individually. We’ll always do our best to support you and mediate with our suppliers if needed – just reach out. Depending on the case, we may offer a voucher, a partial adjustment, or another solution that fits your specific order.
4. Creation
Once the 24-hour window has passed, your Doll enters production, unless we’ve received a change request. From skin tone to body shape, every detail is handcrafted with care by experienced artisans. Even pre-configured dolls are made to order, just for you.

Production typically takes 5 to 20 working days*, depending on brand, materials, model, and workshop queue times.

5. Preview
Before shipping, you’ll receive high-resolution photos of your finished realistic Doll. You can also request a short video to see her from different angles before giving your approval.

You’ll have 3 days to confirm or request adjustments. If we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up – but if there’s no reply within the window, we’ll consider your Doll approved and move forward with shipping.
6. Shipping
Once approved, your Doll is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partner. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number within 3-5 days, so you can follow her journey at any time.
Import duties and taxes are included, with no surprise costs upon delivery.
At this point, your doll has begun the journey to your home and should be with you as soon as possible! Depending on the preference selected, average shipping time for UK/EU range from 9-15 working days** with Express Shipping.

*For highly requested or newly released dolls, production may take anywhere from 5 days to over 3 weeks. During busy periods and and national holidays (such as Chinese New Year, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Labor Day) or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters or global disruptions, timelines may be extended. If that happens, we’ll get in touch to find the best solution together.
