How often should I clean a sex doll?

Can I insure my sex doll during shipping?

Yes. We ship via insured couriers like DHL, UPS and FedEx. If you'd like extra coverage, just ask at checkout and we’ll include it.

What if my doll arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, including detailed photos of the damage. We’ll work with our manufacturer to assess the issue.

Why can’t I return an opened doll?

Because once the seal is broken, the doll is no longer safe to resell. And no one wants to receive a returned product pretending to be “new”.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure gateways (such as Shopify Payments) that are fully PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card or bank details.

Can I pay in instalments?

Where do you ship to?

We primarily ship across Asia, Europe and the UK, but we also offer international delivery to countries where sex doll importation is legally permitted.
